The Kimya PC-FR is an amorphous thermoplastic that combines the advantages of a polycarbonate with flame retardant properties linked to the formulation. This low moisture sensitive filament has good dimensional stability, a wide operating temperature range (-80 to 105°C) with its high Tg and good impact resistance.

All these properties make it suitable for a variety of demanding applications such as the production of parts in the railway and automotive sectors as well as in the electrical and electronic fields.

The Kimya PC-S 3D filament has the following properties:

  • Good dimensional stability
  • Wide usage temperature range (-80°C à +105°C)
  • Flame retardant – EN45545 class R22/R23/R24/R26 HL3, class R1/R6 HL1, HL2, HL3
  • Complies with the REACH regulation and the RoHS directive
